I Know: Where Have I Been???

Well, I just got back from a much needed vacation. It was actually nice not to have to think about baseball! I know these are the times that I need to cherish...but goodness I never knew how a travel team would wear me out. It has, but next week will be our last week, at the World Series. I am very proud of Drew and his team, but I will enjoy the slower moments of summer with Drew and Dax soon!

I also have a bunch of scrapbooking events coming up:
First- the 1st Kit from Kitz 2 Go will be shipping out around the 15th. Place your order soon, we are in the process of ordering products. We have had an exceptional response to our new business, and I am so proud and excited about this! Janet and I have already started our minds to working for the next kit, stay tuned.

Second- Crop Like a Rock Star is coming up at TM and Connie, Melissa and Myself will be teaching a great layout on the Satureday. Looking forward to this event.

Third- Creative Escape: Kids Style is fast approaching. I have worked some long hard hours on the projects and getting all set up for this. I just love teaching these kids, they are so much fun. Janet had a very successful camp this year and I look forward to having some fun with these girls. I have about 3 spots available if interested. The dates are July 15, 16 and 17th. Email me soon.

Fourth- See below the layout for the July Calendar Class. Tuesday is full, I do have a few openings for the Sat. and Sun. classes, but let me know soon, we haven't put out the schedule on the TM website, so they may fill up quickly.

Fifth- I am working on some Disney albums, a shadowbox frame, some layouts for 3 ongoing projects. So to say the least...this month is busy busy busy! I will take a deep breath at the end of July! I wouldn't have it any other way! I am so blessed that Janet allows me to teach at her store. The customers have been so wonderful and supportive of my classes. A special "Thank You" to all of YOU and a special "Thank You" to Janet and her staff!
Until Next Time....

The Kitz Girlz Have ARRIVED

WHO exactly are these Kitz Girlz??? Janet and Myself- of course. I have so many friends and class takers that love to scrapbook, but don't have the time or energy to come up with the layouts. Janet and I have been working on this idea for awhile and now...your in luck! Every other month we will create a kit that will include the materials to make 2 different layouts. The kits will come jam packed with products and instructions. Kit prices will be based on products, so the prices could change just a bit from month to month. We will mail kits within the Continental United States for $5.00. If you are local and can pick up your kit their will be not shipping costs.

This months kit is priced at $40.00 with shipping included, or $35.00 for local customers. Please place your order by July 10th and kits will go out July 31st.

I am Kitz Girl #1 (at the gym they call me Thing 1, so I'll be 1)

Janet is Kitz Girl #2 (at the gym she is Thing 2)

Here are the products you will recieve in your kit along with pictures and instructions for both kits.

To purchase go to www.trmemories.com and you may purchase through the TM website. Thank you so much for allowing us to help you busy scrappers out just a bit!

They Say I'm an ASTRONAUT

Okay, so I have been wanting to create a layout so bad with space aliens, space ships...so now I get the chance! Dax had 3 cavities that he needed to fill. The doctor told him that he would be like an astronaut, so guess what...I'm going to incorporate that with space ships...my title will be something like OUT OF THIS WORLD or OUTERSPACE! If you have any ideas for a title, please leave me a post! Enjoy the pics of Dax...I was so proud of him...we didn't hear peep from him...see I just LOVE happy gas!

More Girly Fun!

Lots of Girly Fun!

Well, today was a blast! If you all know me, I'm always doing boy boy boy stuff and it was so nice to hang with the girls today! Bare with me I have lots of pictures to post and I don't want to leave any of the girls out...so enjoy...they all did an awesome job with their butterfly chipboard books and I was so impressed with the moms working so hard with the girls. This was some great quality time. I see some great scrapbookers in the making...watch out moms...better hide the credit cards!

Mommy & Me Class Today

Today is the first time that we at TM have ever offered a Mommy & Me class. I was very excited with the response, and the class is totally full . I think it is great that so many mommies, aunts and grandmothers were interested in a class like this. I am looking so forward to teach the girls a little bit about scrapbooking and having fun with them making their butterfly books. I went yesterday to set up table, make them sussies and put out candy. I'll post pictures later. Have a Great Day everyone!

An Ode to Tanya and Brandy

Tanya and Brandy completed a layout a few months back for their team project and when I saw it I absolutely fell in love with it. At the time I didn't have a reason to actually make a layout like it, but then I ran into the cutest little outfit for Dax with monkeys on it. I decided when I saw him hanging on my refrig. one day that he looked like a little monkey. So the next time he put that outfit on, I just had to take his pictures hanging on the refrig. I am not good at lifting layouts, (one) because it takes me way to much time to do the exact same thing (go figure, it should be easier) and (two) my layouts always come out completely different. If any of you have seen their layout, mine is close but a little simpler than theirs. Anyways, thank you girls for the inspiration! Oh and yes, I hand drew the monkey just as they did! It wasn't too bad, though my monkey looks a little funnier than theirs. Enjoy!
